* On July 23, 2011, Jennifer Ooten and Rianna Ooten were at Camden Park, and Rianna Ooten boarded the Camden Park Spider Rid while Jennifer Ooten watched from a safe distance, the suit says. Nathan Muncy, the ride operator, began accelerating the ride when one arm of the ride broke off from the spindle and struck the other arm of the ride, causing the bucket that Rianna Ooten was riding in to suddenly fall to the ground, the suit says. The plaintiffs are seeking compensatory damages.

* On July 30, 2011, Elizabeth Harless and Ryan Scott Harless were at Camden Park and were passengers for hire on the Flying Scooter, and the ride operator began accelerating the Flying Scooter to its speeds, the suit says. The plaintiffs claim the motor on the ride seized up, sheared its mounting and fell to the ground, which caused the ride to come to a complete stop and cause the plaintiffs injuries. The plaintiffs are seeking compensatory damages.
