CHARLESTON - A man is suing McDonald's Restaurants of West Virginia Inc. for injuries he allegedly sustained while at its Belle location.
On Aug. 20, 2011, Timothy Brown was a customer at McDonald's, according to a complaint filed Aug. 6 in Kanawha Circuit Court.
Brown claims he fell while at the McDonald's restaurant and when he did so, he was injured.
As a proximate result of the defendant's negligent and careless conduct and actions, Brown sustained serious injury, according to the suit.
Brown is seeking compensatory damages with pre- and post-judgment interest. He is being represented by G. Patrick Jacobs of the Law Office of G. Patrick Jacobs.
The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge James C. Stucky.
