BECKLEY - A woman is suing after she allegedly fell and was injured in a Raleigh County restaurant's parking area.
Anna B. Fraker filed a lawsuit Jan. 18 in the Circuit Court of Raleigh County against Chili's Grill and Bar, citing negligence.
Fraker says she suffered injuries from tripping and falling on Feb. 5, 2011, because the defendant's parking area and sidewalk had poor lighting and an unsafe piece of dark colored curbing that was sticking up, causing a hazard, according to the brief.
She is seeking an undetermined amount of damages, including compensation for medical expenses.
Fraker is being represented by Mullens attorney G. Todd Houck.
