MORGANTOWN - Attorney Jessie F. Reckart has joined the Morgantown office of regional law firm Bowles Rice LLP. She will practice in the area of environmental and regulatory law, with a focus in environmental litigation.
Reckart received her law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law (2012), where she served as editor-in-chief of The West Virginia Law Review and graduated Order of the Coif. She also had the distinct honor of participating in the inaugural year of the West Virginia University College of Law's United States Supreme Court Clinic.
Reckart also holds a master's of public administration degree and a bachelor's degree in history, both from West Virginia University.
Prior to joining Bowles Rice, Reckart served as law clerk to The Honorable Irene M. Keeley, United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia. She served as a summer clerk with Bowles Rice in 2011.
Reckart is a member of the West Virginia State Bar. She is licensed to practice in West Virginia and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.
