Hacienda Mexican Restaurant in Logan sued

LOGAN - A woman claims a Mexican restaurant in Logan is responsible for hazardous conditions that caused her to fall.

Dorothy Diane Rockhold filed a lawsuit Aug. 7 in the Circuit Court of Logan County against Sanjua Inc., doing business as Hacienda Mexican Restaurant, citing negligence.

Rockhold claims the defendant was negligent and allowed water or another liquid to accumulate in a customer walkway on Aug. 15, 2012, causing her to fall and suffer injuries to her back, hip and neck.

The plaintiff is suing for an undetermined amount of relief. Rockhold is being represented by Logan firm Avis, Witten & Wandling LC.
