Hancock Co. couple sue Board of Education

NEW CUMBERLAND - A husband and wife claim construction work on a Hancock County school destroyed part of their property and ruined their well.

Emmanual Loucas and Mary Loucas filed a lawsuit in the Circuit Court of Hancock County against Hancock County Board of Education, Mike Pusateri Excavating Inc., Project and Construction Services Inc. and McKinley & Associates Inc., citing trespassing and negligence.

The Loucases claim the defendants repeatedly ignored the plaintiffs' complaints they were encroaching on their property and causing mud to flow into the plaintiffs' well, and the defendants did nothing to prevent or correct the damage.

The plaintiffs are suing for an undetermined amount of relief.

They are being represented by New Cumberland attorney Lawrence L. Manypenny.
