Hancock

NEW CUMBERLAND - A woman is seeking damages for injuries she allegedly sustained from a fall.

Keisha Wickham filed a lawsuit Oct. 30 in Hancock County Circuit Court against Pusateri Investments LLC, citing negligence.

According to the complaint, Pusateri Investments owned and controlled a residential property at 719 S. Chestnut St. in New Cumberland.

Wickham says that on Nov. 29, 2011, she was at the property when she fell to the ground, severely injuring herself. She alleges that a dangerous and hazardous condition created by worn carpet and a lack of a handrail caused her to fall.
