BECKLEY - Teresa Moore filed suit on Oct. 23, in the Raleigh County Circuit Court, naming Chrysler Group LLC, as the defendant.
According to Moore, she purchased a new Jeep Wrangler in October 2012 for $30,770. Moore claims that shortly after she bought the vehicle, she started having problems with the Jeep.
Moore alleges she experienced repeated nonconformities with the new motor vehicle warranty, some of which may be life-threatening. The manufacturer allegedly attempted to remediate the problems to no avail.
Moore is suing under West Virginia's Lemon Law and wants to void the sale and get her money back.
Moore is seeking damages for the costs of repairs, loss of transportation annoyance and other incidental expenses. She is being represented by attorney Anthony M. Salvatore.
