CHARLESTON – Steptoe & Johnson PLLC attorney Joseph U. Leonoro has been elected by his peers as the newest president of the Kanawha County Bar Association.
Leonoro became involved with the Kanawha County Bar Association in 2008. Since then, he has served as the organization’s vice president, secretary, assistant secretary and treasurer. His one-year term as president has already begun and expires in October 2014.
Leonoro is an Associate who practices labor and employment law in Steptoe & Johnson’s Charleston office. He earned his Juris Doctor from West Virginia University and his Bachelor’s degree from Transylvania University. He joined Steptoe & Johnson in 2007. Leonoro is also a regular contributor to the Employment Essentials legal blog.
