CHARLESTON - A woman is suing West Virginia Paving Inc. for injuries she allegedly sustained.
Boca Construction Inc. was also named as a defendant in the suit.

As a direct and proximate result of the defendants' negligent and careless conduct and actions, Bonds sustained serious injury to her mind and body, according to the suit.
Bonds is seeking compensatory damages with pre- and post-judgment interest. She is being represented by G. Patrick Jacobs of the Law Office of G. Patrick Jacobs.
