Central Supply seeks payment from Preston Co. landscaping firm

KINGWOOD – Building supply company Central Supply Company of West Virginia, which provides ready-mix concrete, concrete blocks, bricks, wall systems and other related building materials, has filed suit for payment of provided materials to landscaping and irrigation company Britton Landscaping & Irrigation LLC.

Central Supply Company of West Virginia filed suit Aug. 13 in Preston Circuit Court against Britton Landscaping & Irrigation, LLC, citing non-payment for services rendered. 

The plaintiff seeks restitution in the amount of $8,300.47, plus interest and lawyer and court costs. The plaintiff has claimed to have repeatedly tried to contact the company in regards to payment for services rendered, to no avail, necessitating legal action. The plaintiff has provided paperwork to this end as evidence.
