MARLINTON--A Marlinton lumber company is suing a Pennsylvania lumber business, alleging an unpaid balance.

W. M. Cramer Lumber Co. Marlinton Inc. filed a lawsuit Aug. 21 in Pocahontas Circuit Court against Robert J. Turano and Pennsylvania Finest Hardwoods of Carbondale, Pa., alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, W.M. Cramer dealt good and materials to the defendants, but the defendants have failed to pay. The suit says defendants still owe the plaintiff $19,836, plus accrued interest at 18 percent annually, from March 28, 2014.

W.M. Cramer Lumber seeks to recover the sum owed plus interest, as well as court costs and attorney fees. It is represented by attorneys J. Steven Hunter and Robert P. Martin of Lewisburg.
