According to the complaint, on or about Sept. 7, 2013, Roberts complained to Huntington Bancshares about alleged sexually inappropriate comments by McGill. Roberts, in the claim, said she was fired on or about Sept. 12, 2013, after working for the company approximately eight months, in alleged response to her reporting the issue.

Roberts, who is seeking attorney fees and costs, lost wages and benefits as well as damages for indignity and punitive damages, is being represented by attorney Mark A. Atkinson of Atkinson & Polak PLLC in Charleston. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Carrie L. Webster.
