KINGWOOD – Two trusts have filed a lawsuit seeking the dissolution of RII-DII LLC or the expulsion of its manager.

The Robert S. Marrara Revocable Living Trust, its trustee Vickie L. Helsley, the Rocco S. Marrara Sr. Credit Shelter Trust and its trustee Rocco S. Marrara Jr. filed suit Sept. 14 in Preston Circuit Court against RII-DII LLC, Domenick Marrara Jr. and Domenick Marrara III.

The complaint states the Kingwood-basd RII-DII LLC building has a rental value of $160,000 per year, but has not been rented due to the negligence of manager Marrara Jr. Furthermore, it is alleged that Marrara Jr. denied access of the property to federal bankruptcy trustees and creditors seeking to recover property for resale on May 1.

The plaintiffs are demanding that Marrara Jr. be removed as manager or RII-DII be dissolved, plus court costs and attorney's fees.

William Leon of Morgantown represents the plaintiffs.
