Princeton man claims T & N Electric Motor Exchange has not paid for goods

PRINCETON – A Princeton man is suing an electric motor services company over an alleged unpaid balance.

Donald Lucas filed a lawsuit May 27 in Mercer Circuit Court against T & N Electric Motor Exchange and Jon N. Hager, alleging negligence and breach of contract.

The suit states that the defendants have been customers of Lucas since 2006. Lucas bills the defendants for merchandise they purchase. The suit alleges Lucas has made numerous attempts to collect money the defendants owe, but they have failed to pay.

Lucas seeks compensatory damages of $14,581.40, plus 10 percent interest, attorney fees, and court costs.

Lucas is representing himself. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Omar J. Aboulhosn.
