KEYSER – A Keyser woman is suing Wal-Mart and a construction company in connection with a personal injury she claims was suffered at an unspecified store.
Raven Hose filed a lawsuit Sept. 4 in Mineral Circuit Court against Wal-Mart Stores Inc. and Mountain Top Enterprises LLC, who also does business as Saratoga Roofing and Construction LLC.
No further information was available.
