FAYETTEVILLE — An Ohio firm is suing a contracted company in Hico alleging breach of contract for failure to deliver services.

Ohio Cat filed a complaint on Dec. 11 in the Fayette Circuit Court against Red Eagle Enterprises LLC alleging the company failed to fulfill a good faith agreement.

Ohio Cat hired Red Eagle to complete a job paid for upfront, believing that the defendant would fulfill the agreement and deliver the services. The defendant alleges that as time passed it became clear that Red Eagle had no intention of completing the work agreed to.

Ohio Cat is seeking compensation for the services that should have been completed, which cost $6,027. The company is represented by John R. Keating of Amato, Keating and Lessa PC in Bethlehem.
