Vendor accuses customer of failing to pay for merchandise

PINEVILLE – A Logan County business is suing a hardware store in Wyoming County over allegedly unpaid invoices totaling nearly $6,500.

McNeely’s Do-It Best Center filed a lawsuit April 6 in Wyoming Circuit Court against Dixon Pro Hardware & Building Supply of Oceana Inc., alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, Dixon purchased merchandise from McNeely’s on a credit account, with the entire balance of $6,476 now past due.

McNeely’s seeks recovery of the alleged unpaid amount, plus interest and litigation costs. It is represented by attorney Steven S. Wolfe of Wolfe White & Associates in Logan.
