PRINCETON – A Mercer County woman says she suffered serious injuries from a slip-and-fall accident inside a dental office.

Irene Farmer filed a lawsuit April 14 in Mercer Circuit Court against Conklin & Doersch DDS Inc., alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, as Farmer was taking her granddaughters to the defendant’s place of business on Oct. 16, 2014, she slipped and fell on a pool of water inside, near the entrance. Although it had been raining that day, the suit says Farmer was unaware of the puddle of water, suffering severe, debilitating injuries from her fall.

Farmer seeks a jury trial and compensatory damages to be determined at trial. She is represented by attorney Ryan J. Flanigan of The Flanigan Law Office in Princeton.
