Lamberts Construction Company of Bluefield filed a lawsuit May 19 in Mercer Circuit Court against the airport authority, alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, on July 21, 2014 the parties struck a deal to relocate and make improvements to a taxiway at the Mercer County Airport.
