CHARLESTON — West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey's mobile office will visit flood-damaged areas of Clay and Kanawha counties this weekend.
Consumer representatives from the Attorney General’s Office will be available to answer questions about sham charities, storm-related home repair/cleanup scams and what to do if they encounter price gouging violations.
“These mobile office visits give residents easier access to our Consumer Protection Division to ask questions and voice concerns,” Morrisey said in a press release.
The mobile office visits will take place at the following times and locations:
CLAY COUNTY
* July 23: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at H.E. White Elementary School
* July 24: Noon – 5 p.m. H.E. White Elementary School
KANAWHA COUNTY
* July 23: Noon – 5 p.m. at Pinch Reunion Location, Junction of Reunion Rd. & North Pinch Rd.
* July 24: Noon – 5 p.m. at Pinch Reunion Location, Junction of Reunion Rd. & North Pinch Rd.
