MARTINSBURG — Attorney General Patrick Morrisey announced he and employees of his Eastern Panhandle Consumer Protection Office will host a community open house on Thursday.
The open house will provide consumers an opportunity to visit the office’s Eastern Panhandle location, talk with the Morrisey and employees who work out of the field office and discuss any consumer protection issues they may be facing.
The open house event will be held from 12 to 1:30 p.m. at the Attorney General’s Eastern Panhandle Consumer Protection Office, which is located at 269 Aikens Center in Martinsburg.
“The open house is a great opportunity for consumers to get to know our Office and the work we do to protect consumers against scams and fraud,” Morrisey said. “We encourage everyone in the area to stop by and speak with our team about any concerns they may have.”
The open house event is open to the public; reservations are not required.
Consumers who are unable to attend any of the scheduled open house events are encouraged to visit the Martinsburg office. Employees at that location are available to assist consumers from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. No appointment is required.
