MOUNDSVILLE — A St. Clairsville couple's lawsuit against Carolla Ventures Inc. and John Doe allege negligence at a restaurant location.
Beverly Danadic and Frank Danadic filed a complaint on July 18 in Marshall Circuit Court against the defendants, alleging that they breached their duty to protect plaintiff Beverly Danadic from harm.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on July 18, 2014, Beverly Danadic was a customer at a Carolla Ventures Perkins Restaurant when she fell on the premises, causing her to sustain injuries, resulting in pain, emotional distress, inconvenience and medical expenses. The plaintiffs hold Carolla Ventures Inc. and unknown defendant John Doe responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to keep the entrance/exit area of the restaurant safe and passable, failed to warn Beverly Danadic of the dangerous condition and failed to provide assistance.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury. They are represented by Kevin L. Neiswonger of Neiswonger and White Law Office in Moundsville.
