Sales representative says he is owed commissions

Law money 04

HUNTINGTON — A sales representative is suing Giant Medical LLC, a former employer, citing alleged breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

Jason Webb filed a complaint on July 28 in Cabell Circuit Court against Giant Medical LLC alleging that the former employer deliberately failed to release his commissions.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he has not receive several commissions he earned and was not paid for sales he generated in September 2014. The plaintiff holds Giant Medical LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly refused to provide a full accounting of commissions he earned, approximately totaling $23,760.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks payment for all sales and commissions he earned, pre- and post-judgment interest, and such other relief as the court deems proper. He is represented by Richard W. Weston of Weston Law Offices in Huntington.
