Bank of America sues Putnam Co. attorney for nearly $30,000

WINFIELD – Bank of America is suing attorney Frank M. Armada after it claims he owes nearly $30,000.

There is a due balance on Armada’s credit account in the amount of $27,664.83, according to a complaint filed Aug. 8 in Putnam Circuit Court.

Bank of America claims Armada is in default on his repayment obligation.

Although due demand has been made, the defendant has failed to liquidate the balance due and owing, according to the suit.

Bank of America is seeking judgment in the amount of $27,664.83. It is being represented by Tyler G. Lansden of Javitch Block LLC.

The case is assigned to Circuit Judge Philip Stowers.
