Manufacturer alleges mining equipment supplier owes $81,000

PINEVILLE — A Rich Creek manufacturer is suing a Pineville mining equipment supplier, alleging breach of contract in owing more than $81,000.

Jennmar Corporation filed a lawsuit Sept. 20 in Wyoming Circuit Court against Pineville Mine Supply alleging failure to comply with contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it sold and delivered goods and merchandise to Pineville Mine Supply, but as of Sept. 7 the balance of $81,548.23 remains unpaid. 

The plaintiff alleges that despite repeated requests, the defendant has failed and refuses to pay the balance that is are due.

Jennmar Corporation seeks trial by jury, judgment of $81,575.04 with continuing interest of 6 percent per annum, plus costs of suit. It is represented by attorney Arc W. Riley of Bernstein-Burkley PC in Wheeling.
