BECKLEY – A drilling services provider alleges a Raleigh County corporation has not paid for goods and services it provided.

Virginia Drilling Co. LLC filed a complaint on Oct. 12 in Raleigh Circuit Court against Pocahontas Coal Co. LLC alleging failure to pay.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it provided goods and services at defendant's Raleigh County mining operations and that the balance of $18,466.10 remains due and owing.
