WHEELING – A Triadelphia employment agency alleges it was not paid for providing workers to two companies.
Personnel Temporary Services Inc. filed a complaint on Oct. 28 in Ohio Circuit Court against Fred C. Hlad, individually and doing business as All State Construction Co., and Hlad Inc., doing business as Dugger's Market alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between August and September, it furnished temporary employees to the defendants for an agreed upon price. By statement Oct. 7, plaintiff billed defendants for its services in the amount of $20,439.49, the suit states. The plaintiff holds Fred C. Hlad, individually and doing business as All State Construction Co., and Hlad Inc., doing business as Dugger's Market responsible because the defendants allegedly failed and refused to make payment for the contracted services provided by plaintiff.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants in the sum certain amount of $20,439.49, plus interest, attorney's fees, costs and such other appropriate relief. It is represented by Richard N. Beaver of Phillips, Gardill, Kaiser & Altmeyer PLLC in Wheeling.
