Klear alleged to owe Indiana company more than $59,000

WHEELING – A chemical supplier alleges an Ohio County company owes it for more than $59,000 worth of supplies.

InTerraChem LLC filed a complaint Nov. 10 in Ohio Circuit Court against Klear LLC, alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in January it sold certain products to the defendant through an open and current account agreement. The plaintiff alleges Klear has made use and benefited from the purchased products but it has failed and continues to fail to make payments in satisfaction of the invoices and owes to plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant in the amount of $59,103.69, plus finance charges, interest, costs, expenses and attorney fees and all other just relief. It is represented by Michael Hooper and Erin R. Stankewicz of Jackson Kelly PLLC in Wheeling. The case has been assigned to Circuit Judge Jason A. Cuomo.
