Creditor allege borrowers owe more than $72,000

HUNTINGTON — A creditor is suing a Cabell County technology business, alleging breach of a business loan agreement.

Kevin Allen of Cabell County filed a complaint Dec. 9 in Cabell Circuit Court against LBooth Technologies LLC and Leslee Booth, alleging they failed to meet their repayment obligations under the agreement.

According to the complaint, on Sept. 27, 2015, Allen entered into a business loan agreement with the defendants wherein he loaned Booth $72,500. To date, the suit says, this amount has not been fully paid. 

The plaintiff alleges the defendants have failed to make payments in a timely manner.

Allen seeks trial by jury, judgment that will adequately compensate him for his damages, plus interest, attorney fees, costs of court and all other appropriate relief.He is represented by attorneys Jason Goad and Scott McClure of McClure Goad PLLC in Huntington.
