FAYETTEVILLE — A Fayetteville electrical contractor is suing a Springdale car wash business, alleging breach of contract.
Carte Electric LLC filed a complaint Jan. 24 in Fayette Circuit Court against Integrated Car Wash Systems, alleging failure to fulfill its contractual obligations.
According to the complaint, on March 30, 2016, Carte Electric entered into a contract to provide services to Integrated Car Wash. To date, the balance of $10,195.94 remains unpaid, the suit says, and the defendant has failed to make payments for the balance.
Carte Electric seeks trial by jury and judgment of $10,195.94. The plaintiff is representing itself.
