Gears supplier alleges customer failed to pay nearly $9,000

PRINCETON — A Princeton gear supplier is suing a Kegley customer, alleging an unpaid debt.

Shrewsbury Machine and Gear Inc. filed a complaint Feb. 9 in Mercer Circuit Court against D&L Service Inc., alleging failure to pay for purchased products and services.

According to the complaint, Shrewsbury sold certain parts and provided services to D&L but did not received any payment. The plaintiff alleges D & L Service owes the sum of $8,760.

Shrewsbury Machine and Gear seeks trial by jury, judgment of $8,760 plus court costs, interest, attorney fees and all further appropriate relief. It is represented by attorney William S. Winfrey II of Princeton.
