WHEELING — Two couples are suing a carrier and a and a driver, alleging insufficient their negligence led to injuries for the plaintiffs.

Kathleen Rylott, Robert Rylott, Matthew Thibault and Nathalie Thibault, individually and as mother and next friend of Khristopher and Kora-Ann Thibault, minors filed a complaint March 15 in Ohio Circuit Court against Agustin Vasquez and Denver Carrier LLC, alleging that defendant Denver Carrier failed to properly train, supervise and instruct its drivers in the safe operation of its vehicle.

According to the complaint, on July 8, 2016, Vasquez, acting in the scope of his employment with Denver Carrier, was operating a motor vehicle on Chapline Street, Wheeling, when he negligently collided with a vehicle operated by Kathleen Rylott, in which Nathalie Thibault was a passenger.
