Supplier alleges construction company owes $28,000

WINFIELD — A Texas supplier is suing a Winfield construction company, alleging it owes more than $28,000 for breach of contract.

Wire Mess Sales LLC of Grapevine, Texas, filed a complaint on April 3, in the Putnam Circuit Court against Trinity Rebar and Concrete Supplies LLC, alleging the defendant failed to fulfill its obligation under the terms of the contract.

According to the complaint, Wire Mess Sales sold certain goods to Trinity Rebar for a just and reasonable price. After all proper credits for payments and/or returned merchandise, the suit says the balance of $28,064 remains due and unpaid. 

The plaintiff alleges the defendant has failed and refused to pay the money.

Wire Mess Sales seeks trial by jury, judgment for $28,064, plus accruing interest, costs of court and all other relief. It is represented by attorney John R. Keating of Amato Keating and Lessa PC in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
