Landlord alleges tenant owes more than $5,000

LOGAN — A Logan County landlord is suing a tenant, alleging breach of a lease agreement.

Triangle Holding Company LLC filed a complaint April 24 in Logan Circuit Court against Jesse Elliott Jr, doing business as Premium Towing, alleging the tenant has failed to fulfill its obligations under the terms of the contract.

According to the complaint, on Aug. 23, 2012, the parties entered into a month-to-month lease agreement for property in Man. Since August 2016, the suit says, Premium Towing has not paid its utilities and and rent obligations.

The lawsuit states the defendant is indebted to plaintiff for $5,591.24 and has failed and refused to pay for rent and utilities.

Triangle Holding seeks trial by jury, damages for unpaid rent and utilities, plus interest, attorney fees and court costs and all just and equitable relief. It is represented by attorneys Steven S. Wolfe and J. Christopher White of Wolfe, White & Associates in Logan.
