Radio broadcast business says company failed to pay for advertising

LOGAN — A broadcasting corporation is suing a Logan County business, alleging breach of contract.

Logan Broadcasting Corporation filed a complaint April 24 in Logan Circuit Court against Randolph Enterprises, Inc. and Christopher Randolph, alleging they failed to pay the plaintiff nearly $5,000 for advertisements.

According to the complaint, in 2012, Logan Broadcasting suffered monetary damages because the defendants failed to pay the plaintiff $4,950 for advertising Randolph Enterprises' business on the radio.

Logan Broadcasting seeks trial by jury, damages of $4,950 for unpaid advertisements, and all other just relief. It is represented by attorneys Steven S. Wolfe and J. Christopher White of Wolfe, White & Associates in Logan.
