CLAY — A West Virginia company is suing McCoy Elkhorn Coal Company LLC and Quest Energy Inc., an Indiana corporation, for alleged breach of contract.
Gould Electric Motor Inc. filed a complaint in Clay Circuit Court, alleging that the defendants failed to pay for equipment that they had allegedly agreed to purchase.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly failing to pay invoices they were sent.
The plaintiff seeks the amount of $40,050 plus interest, all legal fees and any other relief this court deems just. They are represented by Michael W. Asbury, Jr. of Asbury Law Office PLLC in Clay.
