Advertising company alleges heating/air conditioning contractor owes nearly $5,000

PHILLIPI — A Pennsylvania advertising company is suing a heating/air conditioning contractor, alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

EZToUse.com of Altoona, Pennsylvania, filed a complaint May 19 in Barbour Circuit Court against Oscar Thomas, trading as Thomas Thomas Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning, alleging failure to perform its obligations under the terms of a contract.

According to the complaint, between March 28, 2014, and July 2, 2015, EZToUse provided certain advertising services to the defendant. As of this filing, the balance of $4,993 remains due and unpaid. 

EZToUse.com seeks trial by jury, judgment for $4,993, plus accruing interest at the statutory rate of 7 percent per annum, costs of suit and all other just relief. It is represented by attorney John R. Keating of Amato Keating and Lessa PC in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
