Boston supply company alleges debtor owes nearly $4,000

POINT PLEASANT — A Boston supply company is suing a debtor, alleging breach of contract and unjust enrichment.

ABC Supply Co. Inc., successor of interest of Norandex Distribution, filed a complaint May 19 in Mason Circuit Court against Thompson LLC,  alleging failure to fulfill its contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, Norandex Distribution Inc. sold certain goods to ABC Supply on credit. After all proper credits for payments and/or returns, the principal amount of $3,640.98 remains due and owing. The plaintiff alleges Thompson has failed and refuses to pay the owed amount.

ABC Supply seeks trial by jury, judgment for $3,640.98, plus accruing interest of 18 percent per annum, actual attorney's fees of $1,092.29, costs of suit and all other equitable relief. It is represented by attorney John R. Keating of Amato Keating and Lessa PC in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
