Wheeling company alleges guarantor owes more than $280,000

WHEELING — A Wheeling company is suing a guarantor, alleging breach of contract.

Chas M. Sledd Company, doing business as Sledd Co. or Sledd Company, filed a complaint May 22 in Ohio Circuit Court against Prasad Margabandhu, also known as Prasad Bandhu, alleging failure to pay the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the Sledd Company suffered monetary damages because Margabandhu has failed to pay the plaintiff on behalf of the plaintiff's customers.

Sledd Company seeks $282,507.98, plus interest of 18 percent per annum and all legal fees. It is represented by attorney Arch W. Riley Jr. of Bernstein-Burkley, PC in Pittsburgh.
