Illinois company accuses Trinity Rebar and Concrete Supplies of breach of contract

WINFIELD — An Illinois corporation is suing Trinity Rebar and Concrete Supplies LLC, a West Virginia corporation, citing alleged breach of contract.

Gerdau filed the complaint on May 19 in the Putnam Circuit Court, alleging that the West Virginia corporation failed to pay it for goods it reportedly agreed to purchase.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages from not being paid. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to pay for goods it had allegedly accepted from the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks the amount of $49,494.93 plus continually accruing interest charges at the rate of 7 percent per annum, all legal fees and any other relief this court deems just. They are represented by John R. Keating of Amato Keating and Lessa P.C. in Bethlehem, Pa.
