PRINCETON — A Mercer County business is suing a Kentucky machine shop, alleging breach of contract in failing to pay more than $13,000.
Shrewsbury Machine & Gear Inc. filed a complaint May 26 in Mercer Circuit Court against Zebulon Machine Shop, Inc. alleging failure to pay the plaintiff.
According to the complaint, Shrewsbury Machine & Gear suffered monetary damages because Zebulon Machine Shop has failed to pay the plaintiff for the goods it has ordered.
Shrewsbury Machine & Gear seeks the amount of $13,123.81, plus interest, attorney fees and all other relief the court deems just. It is represented by attorney William S. Winfrey of Princeton.
