PRINCETON — A West Virginia company is suing Equity One of West Virginia Inc. for alleged breach of contract.
M & E Rentals LLC filed a complaint May 26 in Mercer Circuit Court alleging that the defendant failed to pay its mortgage.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered monetary damages. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to pay its mortgage to the plaintiff for more than 5 years.
The plaintiff seeks the deed of trust referenced on page 142 of Trust Deed Book No. 865 be ordered released by this court, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. They are represented by Phillip B. Ball of Smith, Lilly & Ball PLLC in Princeton, W.Va.
