USAA Insurance allegedly breached contract by denying claim

FAYETTEVILLE — A West Virginia man is suing USAA Casualty Insurance Company for alleged breach of contract.

Thomas Campbell filed a complaint in Fayette County Circuit Court alleging that the insurance firm improperly denied his claim for damages.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he suffered damages from having his insurance claim for damages done to his property denied. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly breaching its contractual agreement with him by denying the claim. The complaint does not specify the types of damages that were allegedly done or why the company denied the claim.

The plaintiff seeks all damages,. He is represented by Greg A. Hewitt of Hewitt & Salvatore PLLC in Fayette.
