Reserve Oil & Gas Inc. accused of installing gas pipeline without permission

CHARLESTON — A property owner is suing Reserve Oil & Gas Inc., a pipeline operator, for allegedly trespassing on his property.

James Q. Hull filed a complaint on June 2 in the Kanawha County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendant intentionally trespassed upon his property.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that defendant's actions caused him to suffer great harm and damage to his property. The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly installing a gas pipeline and constructing a road without his permission.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks an order requiring defendant to remove their pipeline and road from plaintiff's property, award for punitive and statutory damages and such other just and proper relief. He is represented by Timothy J. Lafon of Ciccarello, Del Giudice & Lafon in Charleston.
