Williamson Memorial Hospital accused of refusing to pay company for snow removal services

WILLIAMSON — A Kentucky corporation is suing Williamson Memorial Hospital for alleged breach of contract.

Blueline Security Inc. filed a complaint on June 6 in the Mingo County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendant refused to pay the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges it entered into an agreement with the defendant to provide snow removal services, which the plaintiff claims it was never paid for. The plaintiff alleges that it suffered financial damages and holds the defendant responsible for allegedly refusing to pay the invoices sent by the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks any and all fees it incurs and any other relief the court deems just. It is represented by Nathan D. Brown and Joshua S. Ferrell of Ferrell & Brown PLLC in Williamson.
