Big Justice Construction allegedly failed to make full payment to Walker Machinery

PINEVILLE — A West Virginia corporation is suing a construction company, citing alleged breach of contract.

Cecil I. Walker Machinery Co. filed a complaint June 5 in the Wyoming Circuit Court against Big Justice Construction Co. Inc. alleging that the West Virginia company failed to pay the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Cecil I. Walker Machinery Co. suffered financial damages from not being paid. The plaintiff holds Big Justice Construction responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay its debt in full.

The plaintiff seeks the amount of $11,844.66 plus 7 percent interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. The plaintiff is represented by Jerred P. Roth of Burton Neil & Associates PC in Mineral Wells.
