Waste Management of West Virginia alleges Haz-Tech Environmental owes $19,000

RIPLEY — A waste management company is suing a Ripley corporation, citing alleged breach of contract.

Waste Management of West Virginia Inc. filed a complaint June 12 in Jackson Circuit Court against Haz-Tech Environmental LLC alleging that the company failed to pay the plaintiff.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it suffered financial damages from not being paid. The plaintiff holds Haz-Tech Environmental responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay the invoices sent by the plaintiff.

The plaintiff seeks $19,000 plus accruing 7 percent interest per annum from July 16, 2016, all legal fees and other relief as this court deems just. It is represented by John R. Keating of Amato Keating and Lessa P.C. in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
