JACKSON — A Kenna woman is suing a bank, citing alleged breach of contract.

Paula L. Craft filed a complaint June 12 in the Jackson Circuit Court against Wells Fargo Bank N.A., alleging the financial institution refused to accept payment from the plaintiff for her mortgage.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges she suffered damages from having her payments refused. The plaintiff holds Wells Fargo Bank responsible because the defendant allegedly demanded that the plaintiff pays two months worth of payments instead of her regular monthly payment.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks actual damages, punitive damages, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. She is represented by Sarah K. Brown, Bren J. Pomponio and Daniel F. Hedges of Mountain State Justice Inc. in Charleston.
