Mother, children blame motor home owner, driver for crash

Car accident 38

WHEELING — A Wheeling mother and her minor children are suing a Montana motor home business and a driver, alleging their negligence caused a crash that injured the plaintiffs.

Amanda Weekly, individually and as parent of Kendra Hall and Brysen Hall, minors, filed a complaint June 15 in Ohio Circuit Court against Richard Williamson and Bado-Bado LLC of Hamilton, Montana, alleging Bado-Bado negligently entrusted a vehicle to an incompetent driver.

According to the complaint, on Sept. 17, 2015, Weekly and her two children were passengers in a motor vehicle driven by Heather Berry on Cypress Road in Wheeling. The suit says Williamson, driving a motor home, struck the plaintiffs' vehicle from the rear.

The lawsuit states the plaintiffs sustained injuries resulting in pain and suffering, emotional distress and medical expenses. The plaintiffs allege Williamson failed to maintain proper control of the vehicle and failed to avoid the collision.

The plaintiffs seek trial by jury, compensatory damages, pre- and post-judgment interest, court costs, attorney fees and all other just and proper relief. They are represented by attorney Scott H. Kaminski of Kaminski Law PLLC in Charleston.
